Returns in the US

We provide FREE returns within the US! Pillows and accessories may be sent back within 100 days of purchase. Please note that hoodies and preorder products are excluded from this and have a 30-day return window.

To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and kept in the same condition as when you received it. It also needs to be returned in its original packaging.

To start your return, please complete our support form and include your order number, the items you would like to return and the reason for the return. Our customer care team will send you a prepaid return label so you can complete the process.

Customized products

All sales of customized products are final, and these items cannot be returned or exchanged.

If there is an issue with your customized product, please submit the support form, including any relevant photos of your item, and our customer support team will help with the next steps.

Returns outside the US (NON-US)

Pillows and accessories may be returned within 100 days of purchase. Please note that hoodies are excluded and have a 30-day return period. To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when it arrived. It must also be returned in the original packaging.

To begin your return, please complete our support form with your order number, the products you want to return and your reason for returning. Our customer service team will provide the instructions needed to complete your return.

Please note that we do not currently provide free returns for International options, and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. When sending your return, we recommend using a tracked service where possible and keeping proof of postage.

Return qualification

We are unable to approve or accept returns for items that are:

  • Not in their original, unused condition
  • Damaged or missing parts for reasons not caused by our error
  • Returned more than 100 days after purchase
  • Missing proof of purchase
  • Not bought from trtltravelpillow.com (e.g. Amazon orders)
  • Customized or made-to-order

Bundle orders

We can’t guarantee partial refunds or exchanges on bundles, and you may need to return the complete bundle to receive your refund. In line with our returns policy, every item in the bundle should be in its original condition and packaging.

Getting your refund

After your return is received and checked at our warehouse, our team will process your refund within 30 days. You will be notified once your refund has been processed, and the refund will be credited automatically to your original payment method within 5-10 business days, though this can take longer depending on your bank.

If your refund has not arrived yet, please:

  • Check your bank account again - your refund should appear as TRTL TRAVEL on your statement
  • Contact your credit card company or bank - it may take some time before your refund is posted after our team has processed it (typically a maximum of 30 days from your refund notification)

If you have completed these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact our support team through the support form.

Product exchanges

We’re happy to exchange any faulty or defective products purchased directly from our website.
