Orders made through our U.S. store are fulfilled from our warehouse in the United States. Purchases placed before 3pm CST are normally dispatched within 1 business day, Monday to Friday. Preorder items are sent once they are ready.
Your delivery timeframe depends on the shipping option chosen for your order and your location, and it begins from the day your parcel is dispatched. Please note that deliveries to Hawaii and Alaska can take longer.

Most orders are sent with DHL, although we may also use other carriers such as USPS to complete the delivery.
We work to fulfil every order by its estimated delivery date, but shipping timelines are outside our control once the package has left us. Please allow extra time for orders placed during busy periods.

Personalized items
Products that include personalization are created to order. Please allow up to 10 additional business days for fulfilment and shipping.
All personalized items are shipped using standard ground shipping. If your order contains both personalized and non-personalized items, they will be dispatched separately.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping for personalized items.

After your order has been dispatched, you will receive confirmation of your shipping method and tracking details, where available, by email. You can track your order here.
Order not received
If your order has not arrived as expected, please:
- Check that your delivery address was entered correctly - contact us if you notice any mistakes.
- Review the delivery timeframe - if the estimated delivery date has arrived, please allow an extra 24 hours for any deliveries to be completed.
- Ask your neighbours whether they may have accepted the parcel on your behalf.
