- Place the pillow section a little closer to your neck before fastening for added support. This may suit a slightly longer neck, since the wrap can stay looser while still holding your head and neck.
- Wrap the Trtl Pillow so your ear and jaw sit inside the pillow area, resting against the centre of the curved support rather than the upper edge.
- If your neck angle still does not feel quite right, try moving the support lower toward your chin and the front of your neck. This can help keep your head and neck more upright.

To my surprise,
it works well and fits anywhere in your hand luggage when you’re not using it!
Helpful for flying
I get mild swelling in my lower legs when I fly domestically for 2-3 hours. Expecting it to be worse on an international flight of 9+ hours, I thought I’d try compression. These socks gave a moderate amount of compression that reduced my swelling to a minimal amount without feeling uncomfortable for all-day wear.
